Double roller granulator working principle
1、Material entry: the material enters the double roller granulator through the feeding hopper.
2, drive transmission: the motor drives the belt and pulley, and the power is transmitted to the main shaft through the reducer. The active shaft is synchronized with the passive shaft through the pair of open gears to realize the work in the opposite direction.
3、Extrusion molding: the material is subjected to strong extrusion pressure between the rollers to form particles. There is no need to dry in the process of roller extrusion, the material is directly molded at room temperature.
4、Demolding and ball making: the extruded pellets enter the ball making stage through the demolding process.
5、Screening and Separation: The pellets after ball making enter the crushing and screening room, through the rotation of the biaxial wolverine bar, they are crushed and screened, and the finished pellets and return materials are separated.
6、Return material processing: the return material screened out is mixed with the new material and enters the pelletizing process again to ensure that the material is fully utilized.
7、Batch production: with the continuous rotation of the motor and the continuous entry of materials, batch production is realized.
Structure overview of double-roller granulator
1、Frame part: all working parts are installed and fixed on the frame. The frame is made of medium carbon steel plate and channel steel welded together, after strict quality control and specific process requirements to ensure that it meets the needs of equipment use.
2、Transmission linkage part: The motor drives the reducer through pulley and triangle belt to make the head work. The transmission system includes the transmission chain composed of sprocket and chain, which transmits the power to the crushing and separating working part. The transmission reducer and the working part of the head are driven through the nylon pin coupling engagement.
3、Head working part: the driving wheel transmits the power to the driving roller shaft through the plunger pin coupling, and the pair of rollers ensure the synchronized operation through a pair of open gears. Specific bearings and bearing frames are installed on both sides of the main shaft and driven shaft and fixed on the frame to ensure smooth operation of the rollers.
4、Crushing and separating working part: After the material is squeezed by the rollers, it enters the crushing chamber on the lower side. Through the rotation of the double-axis wolverine, the material is crushed and separated from the finished pellets and return material. The return material is re-mixed with the new material to continue granulation.
