Flat Die Granulator Process Principle
The crushed raw material enters into the pressing chamber through the funnel-shaped inlet above, and the pressure roller inside the pressing chamber keeps rotating and interacting with the flat die to squeeze the raw material into high-density pellets, the diameter and length of which can be controlled by the shape and size of the flat die holes.
After pressing, the pellets are extruded from the holes of the flat film, and then cut into the required length by the cutter below. The pellets after pelletizing have a smooth surface, uniform density and a pelletizing rate of over 95%.
