Horizontal Crusher Overview

2. Primary crushing: into the first rotor crushing chamber of the material in the high-speed rotor and crushing teeth under the action of the initial crushing. At this time the material is subject to shear, tearing and impact, so that the larger block material is crushed into smaller particles.

3. Secondary crushing: crushed materials continue to enter the second rotor crushing chamber, after the second crushing, so that the material particles further refinement, to achieve the required particle size.

4. Discharge control: the crushed material through the screen or discharge port, the aperture of the screen can be adjusted to control the discharge size, to ensure that the crushed material can meet the requirements of subsequent processing.

5. Material discharge: the crushed material is discharged through the discharge port, into the next process for processing or direct packaging.
